The Bybee Estate operates as a self check-in historic inn. Prior to arrival, guests receive detailed check-in instructions, including access information and parking guidance.

This allows guests to arrive at their convenience while preserving the peaceful atmosphere of the inn.

Check-in and check-out times are provided with each reservation, typically 3:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated when availability allows but are not guaranteed.

The Bybee Estate does not offer traditional front-desk or hosted check-in services. While staff may be on-site periodically, most stays are designed to be independent and relaxed.

To protect the historic interiors, pets are not permitted in the main historic inn.

Dogs may be allowed in the Carriage House with prior approval. Please inquire before booking to confirm eligibility.

The Bybee Estate can accommodate up to 120 guests for weddings and events. This guest count allows for a comfortable experience while preserving the historic charm of the property and indoor spaces.

Venue rentals include access to the event spaces including outdoor spaces, first floor bathroom, and the kitchen during your reserved time, along with tables and chairs. Couples are responsible for arranging setup, décor, and teardown unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

At this time, The Bybee Estate keeps offerings intentionally simple. Tables and chairs are provided, and couples are welcome to bring in their own vendors. Additional options may be added in the future as the inn continues to evolve.

Yes. Many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception at The Bybee Estate, allowing guests to enjoy the property without needing to travel between locations.

The Bybee Estate is first and foremost a historic inn, and overnight accommodations may be available in a limited capacity depending on the event and dates.

Some wedding packages may include select overnight stays before and/or after the wedding. Availability, room assignments, and policies vary by event and are discussed individually to ensure the comfort of all guests and the protection of the property.

Yes. The Bybee Estate is available for select daytime events such as baby showers and wedding showers.

Because the property functions as a full historic inn with overnight accommodations, reserving the space for an event requires exclusive use of the property. For this reason, daytime events are booked at the full rental rate for both the day before and the day of the event.

This ensures adequate time for setup, event use, and restoration of the space, and reflects the fact that the property cannot be booked for overnight stays during that period.
