Something as special as your wedding deserves more than a day. The memories that stay with you are made in the in-between moments. That's what Bybee Estate is for. The night before, spent with the people you love. Late-night conversations by the fire. More time for connecting, less time planning.

  • Your relaxing wedding weekend begins at noon the day before, giving you the entire day to settle in, unpack décor, set up, and get comfortable on the estate.

  • Rehearse ceremony at your own pace. Host an intimate rehearsal dinner in the dining room, back porch, or a larger welcome reception in the garden. Or, head to one of our favorite nearby restaurants & wineries.

  • Wake up on your own private estate without rushing. One wedding party moves into the Inn, the other into the Carriage House, each with space to spread out, play music, and enjoy the time together before the celebration begins. (Que the champagne!) You’ll have ample time for getting-ready , first look, and portraits around the grounds.

  • Exchange vows in the garden, enjoy cocktails on the porch, and let the evening unfold into dinner and dancing under the stars.

  • Sleep in. Pour a slow cup of coffee or have breakfast in the house, and spend a little more time with the people who matter most before you say goodbye. No late night clean up or tear down. Just an easy, unhurried close to the weekend.

  • Want more time? Extended Weekend Rentals include Thursday check in. The extra time allows you to relax and explore. Winery hop, have a wellness day with a hike or yoga class, explore the town, or plan a spa day!

Our Estate, Your Story

  • The Inn

    Home to five bedrooms and sleeps up to 10, the Inn is where the wedding parties gathers to get ready. Vintage architectural details throughout make for a stunning getting-ready backdrop, from clawfoot tubs to original checked flooring.

  • The Garden

    Used for ceremonies, dinner, and dancing under the stars - featuring a fire pit, water feature, grapevine trellis, and gazebo.

  • The Carriage House

    A private retreat of its own, just steps from the Main House. Some couples set it up for one wedding party to get ready while the other uses the Inn; others claim it as their own quiet suite for the weekend.

  • Back Porch

    Used for cocktail hours, intimate dinners the night before, bar or food set up here where guests can look out onto the grounds and soak in the view. Quiet mornings with coffee. etc.

  • All private weddings require reservation of the full property. This ensures complete privacy for your event, protects the peaceful experience of our Inn guests, and allows us to offer alternative dates to any guests who might otherwise have been booked during your event window.

    • Weekend Rentals: Noon Friday - 10am Sunday (Full Property)

    • Extended Weekend Rentals: Noon Thursday - 10am Sunday (Full Property)

    • Other Events - Six Hours (Carriage House & Garden Only)

  • A Property Manager will be onsite during your event to assist with venue related requests. We recommend a wedding coordinator to assist with your decor, manage timeline + vendors, etc.

  • Your rental includes private use of all onsite accommodations.

    • The Inn — historic 1857 Greek Revival home with 5 guest bedrooms (sleeps 10)

    • The Carriage House — 2 rooms (sleeps 4)

    We also partner with nearby hotels and rentals for additional family and friends to stay close by.

  • We are happy to provide recommendations for catering, and you’re welcome to choose your own. We ask that any onsite cooking in the kitchen is done by an insured catering company or restaurant.

    You may choose to provide your own alcohol or hire a service. For service at the wedding, we require use of a licensed and insured bartender.

  • Weddings are required to secure an event insurance policy. This is a minimal investment that protects you, your guests, and the estate from the unexpected — from weather delays to accidental damage. We recommend WedSafe and Event Helper.
